WinIQ is built with an absolute commitment to your data privacy. Your conversations, documents, and business information are never used to train AI models — by us or our providers.
Three guarantees that protect your data from ever being used for AI training.
We do not use your data to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models. Your business information remains exclusively yours.
All our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure) operate under zero-retention agreements. Data is processed and immediately discarded.
Our Data Processing Agreements with each provider explicitly prohibit the use of customer data for model training or improvement.
Multiple layers of protection keep your data out of training pipelines.

Your proposals, strategies, pricing, and client details will never appear in another company's AI outputs.
Your proprietary methods, templates, and approaches won't be learned by AI models and suggested to competitors.
Information about your clients — their names, projects, and sensitive details — remains fully confidential.
Zero training data usage helps you meet data protection requirements under GDPR, CCPA, and industry regulations.

Common questions about our data training policy.
Yes. Zero training data usage applies to all WinIQ customers — from individual users to enterprise deployments. This is not a premium feature; it's a fundamental commitment.
Some AI providers retain data briefly for abuse/safety monitoring. We have negotiated zero-day retention agreements where possible, and where retention exists, it is solely for safety (not training) and is deleted within 30 days maximum. This data is never used for model improvement.
Enterprise customers can request copies of our DPAs with AI providers, schedule security review calls, and receive architecture documentation. We also link to each provider's public documentation about API data usage on our Subprocessors page.
Our contracts require providers to notify us of policy changes. If any provider changed their stance on training data, we would either negotiate new terms or migrate to an alternative provider. We continuously monitor provider policies and maintain contractual protections.
